Enhanced XML Browser Support in Latest RapidExam Release XML-based exams now supported in multiple browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Netscape. OTTAWA, Canada, September 2, 2008 - XStream Software, a developer of world-class e-learning software, collaboration tools, and other technology solutions, today announced the general release of RapidExam v3.0 Deluxe Release 3. This new release of the RapidExam assessment-authoring tool features enhanced browser support for XML-based exams.
The XML-based exams created with RapidExam can now be deployed through a wider range of web browsers, providing developers with added flexibility to distribute exams to a broader audience of Internet users. In a Windows environment, XML-based exams can be played in Internet Explorer (v5.5, 6, 7), Mozilla Firefox (v1.5, 2.0, 3.0), and Netscape (v7.2 to 9.0). In a Mac environment, XML-based exams can be played in Mozilla Firefox (v1.5, 2.0) and Netscape (v7.2 to 9.0).
